• Refund and Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel a transaction within 14 days from the date of receipt of the item, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981. The request for cancellation or exchange must be sent to us in writing via email: admin@miskcouture.com or through the contact form on the website 

Returning Items

• You can return an item that has not been used, is in new condition, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Returns will be at the customer's expense, unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent.

Refund

• After receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue a refund minus a cancellation fee of 5% or 27 Dollar. The refund will be made to the payment method used for the purchase within up to 7 business days.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

• Items that were custom-made or ordered according to the customer's request (special sizes, design changes, etc.). Items that have been used, washed, or had their tags removed. Sale/Final discount items cannot be returned unless they are defective 

Exchanges

• You can exchange a size or model, subject to stock availability and prior coordination with customer service.
